The Darker Honey. It's origin is from Mindanao. Added to the honey collection by BHM team. It's taste is surprisingly sweet and soury. The hunters said, that the bees consumes most of the pollens from tamarind trees and flowers around the wild.

This particular honey can be found in the wild forest of Mt. Apo in Davao. It's taste is rather sweet and citrusy like tamarind. It is because of the surrounding tamarind trees that can be found in the are. It's bolder, sweet perfect for cheese, biscuits and fruits when dipped.
It has a high antioxidant level and will naturally granulate and crystallize to a thick consistency. It's honey comb hanging by the trees are sometimes perfectly made during harvest.
